Returns & Refund Policy

The bottom line: if you aren’t happy, contact us at woof@nitas.eu and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Now, the legalese.

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return under this right, the product must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.

Please note that dog food is a sensitive product. Generally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Once the original safety seal or bag of Nita’s food has been opened, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Upon delivery, please inspect your Nita’s package immediately. If the bag is torn, the seal is broken, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at woof@nitas.eu. We are committed to replacing any product that does not meet our rigorous quality and safety benchmarks.


How to Start a Return

To request a return for an unopened item:

  1. Contact us at woof@nitas.eu within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and specific instructions.
  3. Note: Unauthorized returns (items sent back without a prior request) will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
